Terms of Service for BrokerLaw

1. Introduction
Welcome to BrokerLaw (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services for realtors at brokerlaw.vip. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We offer three categories of offerings: legal services, informational products, and physical goods. Each category has its own usage and refund provisions as detailed below.
2.1 Legal Services
Our legal services include contract drafting, review, negotiation support, and advisory sessions for real estate professionals. All engagements require a signed engagement letter and payment of the agreed fee.
2.2 Informational Products
Informational products include e-books, digital guides, and online courses designed for real estate practitioners. Access to digital materials is granted upon full payment.
2.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods include printed form kits, manuals, and branded merchandise. All goods are shipped to the address you provide at purchase.
3. Refund Policy
We are committed to fair refund practices. Details vary by offering type:
- Legal Services: You may request a refund of amounts paid for services not yet rendered. Once substantive work has begun or documents have been delivered, fees are non-refundable. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule at no extra charge. Cancelled or missed appointments without proper notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
- Informational Products: You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed any materials. After access is granted, all sales are final. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
- Physical Goods: You may return undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges are permitted for defective goods only.
4. No-Refund Services
Certain time-sensitive or bespoke legal engagements expressly state that fees are non-refundable. We will clearly indicate these terms in your engagement letter and explain that custom research or filings may incur irreversible costs.
5. Rescheduling and Transfers
- Legal Services may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. No transfers of booked time are allowed without our express written consent.
- Informational Products and Physical Goods are not transferable once delivered or accessed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrokerLaw’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service at issue.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
